Please check and double check your shipping address. The address we receive from Mpcteehouse on our initial invoice will be the address we ship to unless you specify otherwise. Please know that once the item has been shipped we cannot rectify an issue with your address.

Orders going to addresses in the a United States will be shipped in 5-7 days using the US Postal Service. I will have tracking on items shipped to the US and thus will know of it’s whereabouts and estimated arrival time once shipped. The tracking number itself can take a few days to get into the system, meaning I will have an idea as to where your item is, but I may not have your tracking number until it is close to your home. I am sorry about this inconvenience.
International Shipping should take 14-25 days to be delivered. However, delays can occur in transit, so it’s possible that your order may take up to 5 weeks to be delivered. These shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, tracking information isn’t available for International Shipping.
