We’re committed to selling high-quality products we hope you’ll enjoy them but if for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you’ve bought, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. For either a return or a refund, all goods must be in original condition and returne with full packaging. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. The buyer is responsible to pay the return carriage costs unless the reason for return is due to an error on our part where we will also refund your carriage costs. Any items that you return to us are at your own risk, therefore we strongly advise all our customers to take reasonable care when returning any items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed, adequately packaged, and carried by a reputable carrier.
Although we take extra care when packing our items, some may be damaged in transit. If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it’s best to sign the carrier’s delivery note accordingly. We may also ask for photographs of the damaged items. Please keep all documentation and packaging until we instruct you to return the goods. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
